Act of Caring is a premium material care brand that offers cleaning & care for objects you love. In collaboration with Susan Szatmáry we have created a simple routine to care for your beloved leather products. 

Made in Sweden with plant-based ingredients. Recycled packing with minimal impact on the planet. The cleanser contains organic soap derived from coconut with a high pH level and zero harmful chemicals. Use on daily basis. 

This cleanser can only be applied on natural calfskin leather and NOT on shiny and special leather.

Start by applying Restoring Leather Cleanser on the white soft cloth supplied with the cleanser. Apply the cloth to your leather product and clean it in circles. Do not spot clean any leather, but clean the entire surface and wipe it dry.

Repeat the routine as often as needed.

  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 1-2  working days depending when we will receive your order . The items will be processed and dispatched and an email will be send to you with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. Please note, this can take longer during holidays.NB: VAT, taxes and Duties or other import surcharges may apply for deliveries outside the EU (e.g. USA, Switzerland, UK and Norway).

  • Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days in Europe from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount but you are responsible for the shipping cost. The return in Sweden is free of charge.
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs. And please note that returns outside the EU additional taxes and duties may apply again.
  • It takes between 2-3 weeks to process returns and credit your account.
  • We are glad to exchange any product with full price. The products shall be unworn and in a perfect condition and it has to contain all the packaging and the metal protection. You have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or return your product. Please email us your order confirmation before proceeding.
  • All returned items has to be send in the original box.
  • Susan Szatmáry products are made from high-end raw materials in family-owned Italian workshops which perpetuate the tradition of leather craft. Their components comply with luxury industry standards and are respectful of the environment.
  • Susan Szatmary leather products have a long life warranty, provided they are taken good care of.
