Free shipping worldwide.
All Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden Address at Sellerivägen 27,582 75 Linköping/ Sweden and shipped in Sweden by the Swedish postal services and abroad by DHL.
Our Delivery times in Scandinavia between 1-4 business days, Europe & Worldwide: between 4-10 days.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries.
Vat, taxes and Duties or other surcharges involved in import may apply for deliveries Outside the EU ( e.g. USA, UK and Norway).
For all other destinations the prices shown are not including VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for information regarding this.

Return & Exchange
We are glad to exchange any product with full price, unworn and unused within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Please email us before including your order number. Please do include your name, e-mail address so we can contact you if needed.
If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 14 day period from delivery. Please contact us so that we can guarantee that the product is in stock. Return shipping is at your expense.
We are happy to exchange all iteams but please contact us so can make sure that we can help you with the size and so that we can guarantee that we have the product requested in stock.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days in Europe from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount but you are responsible for the shipping cost. We will make deductions from the purchase amount equivalent to the diminished value of the item that is due to you handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function.
If you buy a product in our physical boutique you have 2 days to return or exchange your product.
The items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and have their original tags and dustbags and packaging. The right to return your order shall not apply for customized items which have been manufactured in accordance with your specifications or otherwise has been clearly personalized. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.
You are responsible for any shipping costs. And please note that returns outside the EU additional taxes and duties may apply again.

Susan Szatmáry AB is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to process returns and credit your account.

Transport Damage
Your pieces of Susan Szatmáry Leather Goods are always carefully checked before they are sent to you. And we can always guarantee items are in perfect condition when we send them. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to info@susanszatmary.com We must approve your complain before it can be returned. You will get a confirmation via e-mail when the complain is approved.
When we have received the damaged item we will send you a non-damaged piece. The cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount.
Abuse of return and exchange policy and irresponsible purchasing behavior
We do not accept irresponsible purchasing behavior or abuse of the right to return or exchange items for various reasons. Such irresponsible behavior and abuse include, but is not limited to, returning items at an abnormally high degree, returning items in a used or bad condition, which is due to the customer handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, claiming defects of items where the defect clearly arises from the customer’s handling of the item and making false claims of delayed or lost returns.
To ensure fair and proper returns, exchanges and complaints for all our customers, we reserve the right to block customers which we deem have abused the return and exchange policy and/or have had an irresponsible purchasing behavior.
Warranty
We have 1 year warranty for our leather goods. We do also offer reparations and leather care services for your older bags to give them a new life for the fee of 85 Euros. For more information contact us at info@susanszatmary.com
Payment
We Accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide. 3D Secure for Visa and Mastercard support currently in preview.
To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders. In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
